Parking

Short-term parking, long-term parking, and indoor parking are available close to the terminal building. Payment is executed at automatic machines, which accept Norwegian kroner and most major credit cards.

Luggage

Luggage lockers are located in the arrival hall in terminal A.
You may store luggage for up to 30 days.

Bank

You will find a comprehensive banking service in terminal A.
An ATM is also available (24 hrs). Euro available from ATM.

Car Rental

Five agencies offer their services at the airport, and their offices are in terminal A.

Duty free Shop

You may shop at our duty free shops both when arriving and departing from Tromsø (international flights only). Please contact the Service Centre for further information.

Service for disabled persons

The airlines have wheelchairs available – please contact your airline. Elevators between floors. Traffic information is distributed on big screen monitors on some locations in the terminal. If you have a Disabled Permit, you may park in Area P1 and P2. There is no charge if the parking time is four hours or less.

Lost Luggage

Objects lost and found inside and outside the terminal are kept by Avinor Service Centre.

Avinor Service Centre is located in terminal A. Provides information on scheduled flights, parking and more.

Left luggage

Keys and smaller objects may be stored in the Service Centre. A fee will be charged for this service.

Check-in

Check-in should be done at least one hour before departure – two hours if it is an international flight.
For luggage limitations – please contact your airline.
Please put sharp objects, scissors, nail files, etc. in your hold luggage.

A gift shop /kiosk is located in terminal A. You may also receive your Tax-free Refunds here.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside the airport.

Illness

If you require medical assistance, please contact the Service
Centre. If you are ill, the airport can provide a room to lie down and relax in.

Internet

Internet is available on the 2nd floor. Both WLAN and Internet terminals may be used (fee).

How to get to and from Tromsø Airport

The distance between the airport and the city centre is approx. 5 kilometres.

Airport Shuttle

Scheduled to run between 6:15 am and 11:30 pm. Journey time approx. 20 min.

City buses

Routes no. 40 and 42 run between the city centre and the airport. Scheduled to run between 6:15 a.m and 00:20 a.m. Journey time approx. 25 min. Changes may occur during holidays and in the summer months.

Taxi

Taxi service is available at the airport. Some delay at peak periods. Journey time approximately 10 minutes.

Limousine

A limousine service is available – must be booked in advance.
