Preparedness
The Norwegian Coastal Administration handles the Norwegian Government’s responsibilities for preparedness and actions against acute pollution.
The Coastal Administrations has round the clock services to receive messages regarding acute pollution.
Acute pollution can be reported to telephone +47 33 03 48 00.
In addition to the Coastal Administration, the Municipality of Tromsø is also responsible for the Secretariat for local preparedness in the area around Tromsø.
